Twenty-two years in, I've done this solo, run brokerage offices (twice), and co-founded a team we built for six years and had a ton of fun doing it.My love of coaching really started when I was in leadership. I loved those aha moments when an agent suddenly saw that what they needed had been there all along. They just needed a way to tap into it that felt like theirs. I knew as my career evolved that I needed to do more of that work.I’m still selling today, by referral only, which keeps me close to the work and the realities of today’s industry.I’m glad you’re here.

We work in three-month engagements because I like having a real deadline on the work. When the end is visible, there’s more purpose behind what you do between sessions and less room for the goal to drift off into the distance. Three months gives you time to make real progress while keeping the work right in front of you.Between sessions, you can reach me by text, email or a quick call when something comes up or you want another set of eyes on it.

I’ve always loved to write. I just never really had a place for it until May 2025.My brain can be a slightly scary place because there is always a story or idea bouncing around in there. Real estate has given me plenty of material over the years. I used to tell agents to borrow other people’s stories and cautionary tales until they had enough of their own. Turns out, I had collected quite a few of mine too. I just needed somewhere to put them.The VM Factor is where they go. Usually something sparks a thought about the business and I follow it to see where it goes. Sometimes the spark is completely random. A squeaky ironing board once turned into an entire issue.When I write, I picture sitting across the table from you with a cup of coffee, or whatever happens to be in your cup, and telling you the story.It’s become one of my favorite parts of the week.It’s free, and you’re welcome to it.
